Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Products & pricing

• We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour, weight, and presentation are normal for handcrafted, fresh foods.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, and product availability may change without notice.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and offer you a full refund.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email or message.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, the delivery address falls outside our service area, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In any such case, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets. We never store your card or banking details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the brand name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by Alimentare Food Solutions LLP and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with our products and our service, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
