Everything we make is fresh, perishable, and built for short, careful journeys. Here is exactly how our deliveries, returns, and refunds work — written plainly, so there are no surprises.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida only. Our cold-chain logistics keep the product at the right temperature from our kitchen to your door, so for now we have chosen to stay hyperlocal rather than compromise on quality.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹500 and above.
- A flat fee of ₹40 per order applies below ₹500.
When you'll receive your order
- Orders placed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the next working day and delivered the same day they are dispatched.
- We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on those days are processed the next working day.
- You'll receive order updates over WhatsApp and email at every step.
Our promise on damages & issues
Because cheese, yoghurt and dips are highly perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. But if anything is wrong with what arrives — damaged packaging, spoilage on arrival, the wrong item, or a missing item — we will make it right.
- Tell us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@perishablefoods.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95604 86656.
- Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement on the next available delivery, or — if you prefer — a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
When we cannot offer a refund or replacement
To be transparent, refunds and replacements are not available in these situations:
- The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient was unavailable or the premises were locked at the time of attempted delivery.
- The product was refused at the door without a stated quality reason.
- The issue was reported more than 24 hours after the delivery was completed.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, with a full refund. Once an order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, we are unable to cancel it because the product has already entered the cold chain.
